Sony is listening....
- In regards to a "bouncing screen", we are aware of some distortion
on-screen when the PlayStation is used with older model television sets.
It is not a problem with the PlayStation, rather a transmission issue
when the older model set and the videogame system are used together. The
distortion is occurring with an extremely small percentage of television
sets. Since learning of this problem, we immediately went into action to
remedy the situation, and we anticipate a solution shortly. To those of
you who are waiting for a response from us, please be patient.
- To those of you who are experiencing "choppy FMV"; some suggestions
that may help: make sure that the PlayStation is on a flat surface, not
a carpet, also, try unplugging the PlayStation from the power strip, and
plug it directly into the wall outlet.
- RPGs. We are definitely looking to bring RPGs to the PlayStation. The survey that I held a while ago, along with your postings on the subject, have not fallen on deaf ears.
