I rented Overkill today and have been playing it for around an hour.  I can
honestly say that this is what everyone expected Loaded to be.  A action
packed, bloody game that is fun to play.  Their are 4 characters, each with
different weapons, and power/speed ratios.  The pace of the game is pretty
good, with lots of poeple to kill and the levels are pretty big.  Very
little slow-down, with the occasional exception when a screen is filled with
men.  Their are different paths to take to win the game so i can imagine
that would add some replay.  The sound in the game is top notch as well. 
Here is my rating after an hour of play:
Graphics: 8 
	+ cool killing animations
	+ good transparency (sp?) effect
	- the view doesn't really allow for much detail in characters
Sound: 9
	+ music seems to perfectly fit each area
	+ sound fx are really good
gameplay: 8 
	+ easy use of gun and other weapons
	+ good movement
	- no jumping or ducking
Lastibility: ???
	only had the game for an hour!
Overall: 9
	+ like i said before, what Loaded should have been, FUN!!
	  It is fun to play
	+ If you like 3/4 shooters or, 1st person shooters like Doom, then I
	  think you'll enjoy
