WWF Wrestlemania
Review from the Net
Graphics: The graphics for WWF Wrestlemania are very good, but a lot smaller than the arcade game. The wrestlers are all digitalized and so is the audience. People who worked on this game are even in the audience, noticeably Mark Turnell. The wrestlers are their "true-to-life-size," like Yokozuna. I give the graphics a 8 out of 10. Sound: The sound in this game is sharp! With announcers of the the real brodcast program. The announcers mainly remind you of the guy from NBA Jam. The announcers to get annooying after you've played this a couple of times. During the matches on some of the moves you do you will hear screams from MK, which is great. I give the sound a 9 out of 10. Control: The control in this game is excellent. The only problem I've noticed with it is that it sometimes it is hard to execute combos and to climb up on the turnbuckle. I give the control a 9 out of 10. Gameplay: In this game there is virtually zero slow-down. The only slow-down I've encountered is the loading time in between matches and the loading time in the Royal Rumble match. In the Royal Rumble the memory can only hold about four-wrestlers at a time, so you have to wait for the other wrestlers to come in. I give the gameplay a 8 out of 10. Lasting Power: This game with it's many special moves and secrets will last more than two months, I gurantee that. But the lack of wrestlers brought this score down. I give the lasting power a 8 out of 10. Overall I give this game a 8.5 out of 10. If you have any comments or questions: contact Sean at mccallon@pop3.cris.com
